Enrollment & Admissions
How can I check the status of my admission application?
You can check your status at any time by visiting the **Check Status** page at `/applications/status`.
Enter your issued application reference number (or your registered Gmail address). The portal will display your current review decision (Approved, Denied, or Under Review) along with any administrator notes or guidance for next steps.
Enrollment & Admissions
Can I sign in using my Google account?
Yes! Trainees, applicants, and alumni can sign in securely using Google OAuth, provided your Google email address matches the registered email on your MCARE enrollment record. Note: Administrative staff and trainers must log in using their email address and secure password.
Payments & Downpayment
What payment methods are accepted for the enrollment downpayment?
MCARE offers two official payment pathways:
1. **Online via PayMongo:** Supports GCash, Visa/Mastercard credit or debit cards, and Maya/QRPh with instant automated payment confirmation.
2. **Pay On-Site (Cash):** Select 'Pay on-site' during checkout to generate an official on-site payment ticket. Present this ticket at the Mission Care cashier in San Isidro Poblacion, Pili, Camarines Sur.
The standard downpayment is ₱2,000.00 to reserve your training seat, with the remaining program fee payable across scheduled training intervals.
Payments & Downpayment
How do I check my payment status or continue paying with my enrollment number?
Visit the **Payments** page at `/payments` and enter your official enrollment number (format: `MCE-2026-XXXXXX`).
- If your payment is already confirmed, the page will display your payment clearance and official receipt status.
- If your payment is pending or unpaid, you will be able to select between online PayMongo checkout or print your on-site payment ticket.
Payments & Downpayment
How does the Pay-On-Site verification process work?
When you choose 'Pay on site', an official payment ticket is generated with a reference code and expiry window. When you pay at the MCARE cashier, the administration records the payment receipt in the payment schedule system, which immediately clears your enrollment for registrar document inspection.
Training & LMS
How do trainees access learning materials, classwork, and modules?
Once your enrollment is approved by the registrar, your user account automatically transitions to the **Trainee Portal** (`/trainee/stream`).
Here you can:
- Access the batch classwork and training modules.
- View protected learning PDF handouts embedded with security watermarks.
- Take interactive quizzes and track scores.
- Monitor daily attendance records and training competency evaluations.
Training & LMS
What training schedules are offered for Caregiving NC II?
MCARE accommodates various learner schedules depending on batch availability:
- **Morning (AM) Batches:** Typically Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
- **Afternoon (PM) Batches:** Typically Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday afternoons.
- **Weekend / Special Batches:** Scheduled based on institutional announcements.
You can select your preferred schedule during the enrollment step.
Certification & Career Hub
When and how are official certificates (COTC) and Transcript of Records (TOR) issued?
Upon successfully completing the required 786 training hours and passing all institutional competency assessments, the administration issues your official **Certificate of Training Completion (COTC)** and **Transcript of Records (TOR)**.
These documents are generated as tamper-evident digital PDFs signed by authorized MCARE registrars and trainers.
Certification & Career Hub
What is the Alumni Career Hub and how do SMS job alerts work?
Graduated trainees automatically unlock access to the **Alumni Career Hub** (`/trainee/career-hub`).
MCARE posts verified caregiving opportunities for local and overseas deployment. Graduates can declare their availability for duty, submit inquiries directly to employers, and opt into SMS job alerts powered by Semaphore to receive notifications when matching vacancies open.
